Please review our policies regarding cancellations, confirmations, and payments for Group Futurista events.

Cancellation by Conference Delegate

Group Futurista organizes conferences, summits and webinars for which the delegate and exhibitor/sponsor has to register well in advance. This registration is deemed to be non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Cancellation of Conference by Group Futurista

On rare occasion, due to lack of an economic number of attendees or other reasons, it may be necessary for Group Futurista to cancel the event for which you are registered. Registrants will be notified and provided with options for credits towards future events.

Confirmation of Conference Registration

Please check that you are registered. You should receive an email acknowledgement of Group Futurista having received your registration application. Phone +91 810 444 6013 or email (to jennifer@groupfuturista.com) us if this does not reach you within a few days of your booking.

Program and Venue

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the program may change and Group Futurista reserves the right to alter the venue and/or speakers.

Payment for Our Services

All payment must be made by bank transfer at time of online registration. No cash will be accepted by our staff. All payments will be as per the services ordered as per quotation or contract and on mutually agreed terms. No refund is admissible after the event has been confirmed and/or work has started for the respective services.
