Reimagining Operational Resilience for Supply Chain

Date: 9th November, 2021
Time - 1100 hrs ET/1500 hrs GMT

We live in a world that is constantly changing. Operational risks abound in today's tough business environment, and they can strike at any time. The COVID-19 catastrophe is a good example: the appearance of a global pandemic in the early months of 2020 plunged global business into chaos, and many once-growing enterprises stalled or failed entirely. 40% of supply chains were unable to cope with the pandemic. The ability of a corporation to serve its customers, deliver products and services, and protect its personnel in the face of adversity is referred to as operational resilience.

More than any other event in peacetime history, the pandemic has altered the way we live and work. Operational resiliency has also shifted dramatically. In order to prepare for future crises, essential adjustments must be done, including the implementation of new resilience methods that include the detection of vulnerability and distress throughout global digital and physical supply networks.

Furthermore, it has demonstrated that resilience is far too important to be left to a single department, as there are frequently gaps between disciplines that are segregated from one another. Investors and board members want assurance that their company can weather long-term change. As a result, preventing operational interruption and reputational harm through the use of technology such as machine learning and artificial intelligence has become a C-suite issue.

In order to propose ideas to reevaluate and restructure existing Resilience strategies, Group Futurista is happy to present it’s “Future of Reimagining Operational Resilience for Supply Chain”, a webinar with revolutionary speakers, keynotes, case studies and much more.
